End Of Year Short Memo From TRIZANS Founder TRISTAN GROSS -2024

For the first time in my career, I’m in the position of turning down individuals who want to make capital contributions to my firm. This marks an incredible milestone for me—having transitioned from being the one seeking investment to now being someone whose work attracts others eager to be part of it. While I deeply appreciate everyone’s interest, I’ve learned that synergy is essential, and I choose to work only with those who align with my vision and values.

I firmly believe that business is fundamentally about people and the connections we build.

Those who fail to recognize this core principle of mine simply don’t have a place in the firms I operate. With that being said I appreciate everyone’s involvement thus far in the journey of TRIZAN and companies and i wish everyone a fruitful rest of this year!
