Many TRIZAN engagements involve sensitive strategic, financial, or operational information. We treat such information as confidential, use it only for agreed purposes, and restrict access to personnel and partners who need it to perform their roles, subject to contractual confidentiality obligations.
4.3 Sub-processors and partners.
We may engage third-party vendors to provide infrastructure, communications, analytics, IT security, payroll, HR, or other services. Where these vendors process personal or client data on our behalf, we put in place appropriate contractual safeguards and expect them to maintain security standards consistent with our obligations.

If we become aware of a security incident involving personal information, we will investigate, take steps to contain and remediate the issue, and notify affected clients or individuals and relevant authorities as required by applicable law and our contractual commitments.
4.5 Data subject and consumer requests.
When we act as a controller (or equivalent) for personal information, we will respond to data-subject or consumer requests in accordance with applicable law and as described in this page. When we act as a processor or service provider on behalf of a client, we may redirect requests to that client and support them in responding, where appropriate.
