Tristan Gross

Tristan Gross is a serial entrepreneur based in Toronto, Ontario, with over a decade of business experience. He founded his first company in his early teens, a motorcycle brokerage, and has since built and led ventures across sales, payments, M&A, technology, hardware, and community innovation.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Entrepreneurship & Innovation from Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU), where he has returned as a guest speaker at the Ted Rogers School of Management to present TRIZAN’s products and share lessons from his own journey with the next generation of founders.
His background spans blockchain development at NiceHash, B2B enterprise sales at Bell and Global Payments, and M&A and post-acquisition operations at Premier Health & Fitness. He describes himself as a Business Executor: someone who turns inefficiencies into growth and ideas into operating companies through disciplined, hands-on execution rather than theory. He is also a dedicated advocate for violence prevention and community safety.

From a teenage brokerage to a startup studio

- Early years
Tristan’s One Stop Motoshop
Founded as a teenager: brokerage and resale of off-road motorcycles, later expanding into custom fabrication, dune buggy builds, and mechanical rebuilds. He also launched early dropshipping ventures scaled through Facebook Ads and e-commerce.
- Corporate sales
President’s Choice Financial and Bell
Consumer banking sales, then B2C sales at Bell, then promoted to B2B as a Senior Consultant selling Bell’s business services.
- Technology and payments
NiceHash, OPPI Solutions, and Global Payments
Full-stack cryptocurrency and blockchain development, building and remotely managing mining systems. Business consulting on payment-processing systems, and representing Global Payments through TRIZAN as an ISO.
- M&A and operations
Premier Health & Fitness
Head of M&A and post-acquisition operations: due diligence, acquisition processes and HR, foundational operations, market expansion, and acting as owner-operator of the gym.

TRIZAN, The Let’s Go App, Gross Innovations
Founded TRIZAN as a holding company and startup studio. Incepted and led The Let’s Go App from idea to launched MVP in three months with a team of 13+. Founded the not-for-profit Gross Innovations. Also served as fractional COO for My Ascend AI.
